Why choose compression springs
The wide application of compression springs is due to its many advantages, durability and reliability, easy installation, low maintenance cost, etc.
Load support and adjustment
It can provide stable support force and is suitable for different load ranges. By adjusting parameters such as material, diameter, number of turns, etc., the load can be precisely adjusted.
Durability and reliability
Due to its material selection and processing technology, compression springs have high durability, fatigue resistance and long-term working stability.
Easy installation
The installation process is simple and quick, and usually only requires placing the spring in the predetermined position or hole.
Low maintenance cost
Maintenance and maintenance are relatively easy, reducing downtime and repair costs.
Buy or Custom springs
Both 2 purchasing method are acceptable, is the specific springs you need in stock? Get in touch with our engineers!

How to custom compression springs
MYD has dozens of spring machines, equipped with dedicated spring engineers, and has the ability to produce large quantities of customized springs.
Demand analysis
Communicate with customers to understand specific needs, including spring type (compression spring, tension spring, torsion spring, etc.), purpose, working environment, load requirements, size, etc.
Design and calculation
According to customer needs, use professional spring design software or formulas (such as Hooke’s law) to calculate and determine the key parameters of the spring, such as material, wire diameter, number of turns, free length, and end treatment method.
Prototype production
According to the design drawings, select suitable materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, piano wire, etc.) and make spring prototypes through cold forming or hot forming processes. This stage may require the use of spring machines, CNC lathes, wire cutting machines and other equipment.
Test verification
Perform functional and performance tests on the produced spring prototype, including but not limited to load testing, fatigue testing, dimensional inspection, etc., to ensure that it meets the design requirements and relevant standards. If the test results do not meet the standards, it is necessary to return to the design stage for adjustment.
Mass production
After the design is confirmed to be correct, it enters the mass production stage. At this time, it is necessary to strictly control the quality of the production process, to ensure that each spring meets the quality standards.
Final inspection and packaging
After completing all processes, the spring is subjected to final quality inspection, and qualified products are properly packaged and ready for delivery to customers.
Application industries
Compression springs play an indispensable role in multiple industries due to their flexible design, wide adaptability and reliable performance.
